Welcome to my website! Please allow me to introduce myself. I am a former Realtor, and started my mortgage career in 1982 as a bank loan officer, then transitioned to the Mortgage Broker profession to assist more borrowers with a wider variety of products and more competitive rates. I entered wholesale lending, as an account executive, traveling the west coast of Florida, calling on Banks and Brokers, and pre-underwriting files in the field, for 10 years. I owned The Britton Mortgage Group, Inc. for 4 years. Since then, I have been a Mortgage Loan Originator, successfully closing residential mortgages for many people, from all walks of life, here in Sarasota, and throughout Florida.
