    USDA Programs - 102% Financing

    HUD Homes $100 Down Payment

    VA Programs - No Down Payment

    FHA Program - 3.5% Down payment can come from anyone.

    FHA 203K Program - Purchase the home and add the renovation costs into your new loan - and complete renovations after closing!

    CONVENTIONAL FINANCING - 5% Down in some areas and 10% Down in other areas.

The Workshop includes a free credit report, the price of home you can afford, steps involved in purchasing a home if it is foreclosured or in a short sale or a HUD foreclosured home, a pre-approval letter and refreshments!

• 1988 - 1994:  As a Blue Skye Lending I worked with Mortgage Brokerage Businesses originating FHA, VA and Conventional loans.
• 1983 - 1988:  I worked with Banks as a Loan Officer origination loans for the Banks.
• 1979 - 1983:  A Licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson working for Century 21.
